Shipping Policy

Where we ship from. All orders ship from our facility at 220 Kelly Drive, Waco, TX 76710. We don’t offer local pickup.

Carriers. Orders within the United States ship by UPS Ground. International orders ship by UPS (UPS Worldwide or UPS Standard services, as available for your destination).

Where we ship. We ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations. The countries and service options available to you are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs. The customer pays shipping. Shipping is calculated at checkout, or quoted for orders that can’t be calculated online. Shipping charges shown at checkout include handling and protective packaging, so they may be higher than the carrier’s published rates.

International duties and taxes. International customers are responsible for any duties, import taxes, customs fees and brokerage charges required by their country. These aren’t included in our prices or shipping charges.

Production and lead times. Orders ship once production is complete. Lead times begin after all required materials, including approved label files, have been received:

  • Stock items and the $30 Fragrance Sample Pack: about 1–4 weeks
  • Labeled private-label products: about 4–12 weeks
  • Fully custom products: longer than labeled products. We’ll confirm your timeline when you order.
  • Custom scent replication: about 4–6 weeks for your sample, plus about 2 weeks for the fragrance oil

Lead times are estimates and don’t include carrier transit time. Carrier and other outside delays are beyond our control (see Section 4 of our Terms & Conditions).

Tracking. When tracking is available, we’ll email it to you once your order ships.

Shipping address. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We aren’t responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or because of an incorrect address, the customer pays the cost of reshipping.

Who can order. Our $30 Fragrance Sample Pack and custom scent replication services are available to everyone. All other products are available to approved wholesale customers. Log in to order, or contact us to set up a wholesale account.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items. Report them within 48 hours of receiving your order. See our Refund & Return Policy.
