Apply for a wholesale account
Wholesale pricing and ordering are for approved businesses: retailers and boutiques, interior designers, hotels and hospitality groups, spas and salons, and brands building their own private-label line. Tell us about your business below, and we'll email you once your account is approved.
What to have ready
- Your business name, contact details and business address
- Your EIN or tax ID
- Your website or Instagram, if you have one
- A copy of your current resale or sales-and-use tax certificate, as a PDF or JPG (up to 20 MB). PNG files can't be uploaded, so please save or export your certificate as a PDF or JPG first.
What happens next
We review every application by hand, usually within 1–2 business days. Once you're approved, sign in at privatelabelfragrance.com/account with the email address you applied with to see wholesale pricing and order.
Wholesale orders are 12 units per scent (in multiples of 12), with at least 48 units total on your first order and 24 units total on reorders. Scent machines, fragrance oils, the Sample Pack and custom scent replication don't count toward those totals.
