Custom labels for your private label line
Your label is what makes the product yours. We apply your print-ready label artwork to every candle, diffuser, spray and bottle we make for you in Waco, Texas. Use the specifications below to size your artwork before your designer starts, so your labels fit our vessels and boxes the first time.
Label options
- Standard labels: printed on waterproof matte BOPP or Estate 8 textured paper. You supply the final artwork.
- Any color, any size: labels can be printed in any color and any size. The label sizes listed below are suggestions only.
- Premium fabric labels: foil-stamped or embossed labels printed on our fabric label stock, $320 for 500 units. Order foil, stamped or embossed labels.
- Direct branding: stamped vessels and boxes, and embossed branding on ceramic vessels.
- Custom vessels and boxes: custom colors and finishes for vessels, and custom colors and textures for boxes, starting at a 500-unit minimum.

These sizes are suggestions, and you can choose different sizes for your labels. Suggested sizes are for front labels, not full-wrap labels. Whatever size you choose, keep within the maximum label height: room spray 2″; 50 mL perfume 1.5″. For other products, such as soap, lotion, cleaning spray and laundry detergent, we'll confirm label sizes with your quote.
Artwork requirements
- Print-ready files only: send final, print-ready designs. Confirm the dimensions above and the file requirements with us before your designer prepares artwork.
- We don't design labels: we don't offer graphic design, label creation or artwork editing. Layout, branding, fonts, colors, imagery and spacing all come from you or your designer.
- Printed exactly as submitted: please proofread carefully. Revisions or reprints caused by supplied artwork require a new purchase.
- Send artwork within 30 days: artwork must be received within 30 days of placing your order. If you're not sure your files are production-ready, have a professional graphic designer check them first.

Pricing and how ordering works
- Premium fabric labels (foil-stamped or embossed): $320 for 500 units.
- Labels don't count toward minimums: labels can be bought as single items, and they don't count toward the 48-unit first-order or 24-unit reorder minimums.
- Timeline: private label products take about 2–6 weeks. Production starts once all required materials, including your label files, are received and approved.
How to get started

- Choose your products. Pick vessels, colors and packaging on our Private Label page.
- Size and send your artwork. Use the label sizes above, then send your print-ready files.
- We make it in Waco. We label and produce your order, then ship it UPS Ground.
