Frequently asked questions
Who do you work with?
We create private-label fragrance products for trade clients: hotels and hospitality groups, interior designers, spas and salons, retailers and brands.
What products can you make?
Custom candles, reed diffusers, fragrance oils, soaps and lotions, room and linen sprays, laundry detergent, countertop cleaning sprays, scent towers and scenting machines, and custom scent matching. For hotel clients, we also make shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
How long does an order take?
- Stock items: about 1–4 weeks.
- Labeled (private-label) products: about 2–6 weeks.
- Fully custom products: longer than labeled products. We'll confirm your timeline when we quote.
- Custom scent replication: about 4–6 weeks for the sample, plus about 2 weeks for the oil.
Production timelines begin once all required materials, including label files, have been received and approved.
What are your order minimums?
12 units per scent, in multiples of 12. First orders need at least 48 units total, and reorders need at least 24 units total. Fragrance oils, scent machines and the Fragrance Sample Pack don't have the 12-unit item minimum, and the Custom Engraved Tower 500 has a 10-unit minimum. Scent machines, fragrance oils, the Sample Pack and custom scent replication don't count toward the 48- and 24-unit order totals.
Can I order online?
Anyone can order our Fragrance Sample Pack and our custom scent replication services online. All other products are wholesale-only. If you have a wholesale account, log in to see pricing and order. If not, contact us to set one up.
Can I smell your fragrances first?
Yes. Our $30 Fragrance Sample Pack is made for prospective private-label and wholesale clients.
Can you match a scent I already love?
Yes. Our custom scent replication service develops a sample in about 4–6 weeks, then produces your oil in about 2 more weeks.
Do you design labels?
No. We print your customer-supplied, print-ready artwork exactly as submitted. See our Terms.
Do your candles come with wax seals?
No. Wax seals can pop off the vessel when the candle heats up as it burns, so we leave them off for safety. Your candles get a clean, finished look without the risk.
Can I return an order?
No. All sales are final and we don't accept returns. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
