Wholesale & trade programs

Private Label Fragrance partners with hotels, interior designers, spas, retailers and brands to create home and body fragrance that carries their name. From our facility in Waco, Texas, we produce custom candles, reed diffusers, fragrance oils, soaps and lotions, room sprays and scenting machines, all in your signature scent and under your label.

Who we work with

  • Hotels and hospitality: lobby scenting, guest amenities, turndown gifts and retail.
  • Interior designers: branded candles and diffusers for model homes, client gifts and finished projects.
  • Retailers and brands: private-label home fragrance and bath products.
  • Spas and salons: back-bar products and retail.

Choose your path

  • Stock items: about 1–4 weeks.
  • Private label (your label on our products): about 2–6 weeks, in any fragrance from our Fragrance Library.
  • Fully custom products (custom-color vessels, stamping and custom boxes): longer than labeled products. We'll confirm your timeline when we quote.
  • Custom scent replication: about 4–6 weeks for the sample, plus about 2 weeks for the oil.

Order minimums

  • Per scent: 12 units of each scent, in multiples of 12.
  • First order: at least 48 units total.
  • Reorders: at least 24 units total.

Fragrance oils, scent machines and the Fragrance Sample Pack don't have the 12-unit item minimum, and the Custom Engraved Tower 500 has a 10-unit minimum. Scent machines, fragrance oils, the Sample Pack and custom scent replication don't count toward the 48- and 24-unit order totals.

How ordering works

Anyone can order our Fragrance Sample Pack and our custom scent replication services online. All other products are available at wholesale pricing to approved wholesale accounts.
