Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Private Label Fragrance.  Please read our Custom Order Policy carefully before placing your order.

 

1. Custom Orders Are Final Sale

All custom, made-to-order, or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable. By submitting your order and payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

 

2. Order Approval

Above is a detailed order summary. It is your responsibility to verify that all customizations, specifications, and personalization’s are correct.  In addition, it is your responsibility to make sure that the shipping address is correct.

 

3. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes

By placing a custom order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card issuer or payment provider. Any concerns or issues must be resolved directly with Private Label Fragrance.

 

4. Credit Card Transaction Fee

All credit or debit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. This fee is non-refundable and covers merchant service costs. Other payment options may be available upon request.

 

5. Production Timeline

Custom orders typically take 4-12 weeks to complete. You will be informed of any changes to the timeline.  We are not responsible for production or delivery delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

• Shipping carrier delays

• Vessel or port holdups

• Customs inspections or international clearance issues

• Raw material shortages due to supplier delays

We will always do our best to keep you informed of any changes or disruptions.

 

6. Exceptions

Refunds or exchanges will only be issued in the rare case of a proven error on our part. These cases are reviewed individually.

 

7.  Use of Product Images

We reserve the right to photograph and share images of your completed custom order for marketing, promotional, or portfolio purposes. This may include (but is not limited to) social media platforms, our website, and printed materials.

If you wish to opt out of this, please notify us in writing prior to placing your order.
