Step 1: Share your reference
Send us the scent you'd like to match, along with a little about where and how you plan to use it.
Step 2: We develop your sample
Our team develops a sample matched to your reference. This takes about 4–6 weeks.
Step 3: Approve and produce
Once you approve the sample, we produce your fragrance oil in about 2 more weeks.
Step 4: Put your scent to work
Your scent can go into candles, reed diffusers, room and linen sprays, soaps and lotions, and our scenting machines, so guests experience the same signature from the lobby to the guest room to the gift shop.
